Education Specialist- Remote

Summary

Moses/Weitzman Health System seeks an Education Specialist to support project management and implementation of educational interventions for health professions residents, students, and healthcare providers across three core focus areas: health professions, continuing education, and system transformation.

What you'll do

Project management for educational interventions; develop and enhance educational materials with faculty; build and maintain learning communities; track operational data and administer surveys; conduct data analysis for program improvement; manage software for tracking participants and materials; support grant writing and proposal development; coordinate session arrangements and faculty meetings; recruit and onboard participants; create marketing materials and operational reports; provide technical support and training.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferably health-related); 1-3 years work experience (preferably health-related or project support); proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database software; strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; problem-solving skills; technology leverage experience; current driver's license; ability to travel in and out of state.
