Summary
Gemean, a global leader in forensic investigations, electronic discovery, and data analytics, is hiring a Personal Assistant to support senior leadership. The role focuses on managing schedules, coordinating meetings and communications, and handling administrative workflows to keep daily operations running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with organizing events, client meetings, and internal team activities
- Monitor and prioritize emails, correspondence, and administrative requests
- Support documentation, reporting, and administrative processes across departments when required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination between leadership and internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support professional
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting executives or teams operating within legal, compliance, forensic investigation, financial services, or Web3 environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and communication platforms
- Ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Preferred: experience supporting senior executives in professional services, consulting, or corporate environments
- Preferred: strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate leadership needs
