Summary

Kendra Scott is a fashion-lifestyle brand based in Austin, Texas, built on Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy. The Wholesale Analyst Specialist supports the wholesale business by turning weekly sales and inventory data into actionable insights to drive sell-through and healthy inventory. This role partners with Planning and Sales and supports key account conversations with major retail partners.

What you'll do

  • Own weekly sales and inventory reporting, including sales, sell-through, weeks of supply, aged inventory, and door-level performance insights.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across key retail partners and communicate findings to Finance and cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver actionable insights to drive sell-through and maximize full-price performance.
  • Build quarterly sales plans informed by account-specific trends and overall company goals.
  • Collaborate with Planning to communicate inventory needs, out-of-stock risks, and product performance.
  • Prepare meeting materials and provide analytical context for high-level account discussions with major retail partners.
  • Track returns, RTVs, and internal requests, ensuring clean, accurate, and well-organized documentation.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support seasonal strategies, line reviews, and assortment planning.
  • Support merchandising by preparing reports, tracking ROI on visual initiatives, and compiling account-level selling data and immediate order opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in wholesale, retail planning, sales analysis, or a related analytical role (fashion, accessories, or jewelry experience preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to translate data into a clear, compelling story.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to external retail partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and proactive.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across multiple account leads for department stores and e-commerce businesses.
