Remote Administrative Assistant 1
Summary
Actalent (promoted via Lensa) is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant (Part Time) to support business operations for Forestry and Right-of-Way teams. The role focuses on administrative coordination, timesheets/expense processing, and data handling to ensure compliance with administrative and accounting procedures.
What you'll do
Assist Forestry and Right-of-Way Business Support with administrative duties.
Process, track, and coordinate completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports in accordance with procedures.
Manage expense reports and time corrections (estimated ~10 hours/week).
Assemble payment requests in Oracle ERP for Right-of-Way (approximately ~2 hours/month).
Handle miscellaneous data entry and data manipulation requests from CAMP, ES Maximo, Arbor Day Database, and other sources.
Conduct contract escalation data assembly activities.
Perform contract QA/QC by reconciling executed contract documents with Supply Chain databases.
Coordinate meetings/events, manage travel arrangements, maintain office supplies, and support office relocations as needed.
Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Advanced Excel proficiency including Power Query, formulas, and pivot tables/charts (4–5 years).
Strong data entry skills.
Proficiency in calendar management.
Administrative support experience; typing/keyboarding and general secretarial skills.
Preferred: experience with Oracle (ERP/expense management) and Maximo.
Preferred domain familiarity: construction, right-of-way, forestry, utility construction.
Conditions
Workplace: 100% remote (fully remote) using a virtual desktop; no physical technology provided.
Schedule: part-time, expected 20 hours per week.
Employment type: contract/temporary.
Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour.
