Program Analyst, CS Workforce Management

Summary

Netflix is hiring a Program Analyst to support the Customer Service Workforce Management team through analytical, operational, and program management support. The role partners with a Program Manager to execute strategic initiatives while delivering day-to-day analysis, reporting, and project support to optimize global workforce planning.

What you'll do

  • Collect, validate, and analyze complex workforce data from internal and external sources.
  • Identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop, update, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards on workforce metrics (e.g., staffing levels, forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, attrition, productivity).
  • Monitor key metrics, investigate unusual patterns, and gather context to surface and resolve issues.
  • Serve as a workforce analytics subject matter resource within the team.
  • Support the Program Manager by tracking projects and providing status updates.
  • Facilitate change management related to workforce initiatives.
  • Support implementation of new tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Create clear, visually engaging presentations and translate analysis into recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other teams to gather data and align on objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize workforce management processes.
  • Assist in developing and documenting SOPs, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workforce management and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce management, operations, or related area.

  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, or similar).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is highly desirable.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, or similar).

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent organization and time management; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize data for different audiences.

  • Collaborative, proactive problem-solver.

Conditions

  • Compensation range: $85,000–$115,000 per year (varies by location); compensation can be split between salary and stock options; no bonuses.
