Whether they have questions, need assistance, or just want to know more about our services, you'll be the friendly face (well, technically a friendly text!) that they turn to for help. **What you'll be up to:** * Engaging with customers through our chat platform, providing swift and friendly support * Understanding customer queries to deliver accurate and timely information * Inbound chat sales.
