Manager, Finance & Strategy, Marketing

Netflix is hiring a Manager, Finance & Strategy (Marketing) to support the Marketing Strategy & Analysis team in shaping strategy for emerging business areas. The role focuses on building measurement foundations, generating insights at scale, and influencing stakeholders to act on opportunities that improve marketing effectiveness and revenue.

• Set up foundational databases to deepen understanding of the marketing footprint across channels in collaboration with data engineering.
• Develop metrics to measure the impact of marketing tactics at scale, partnering with analytics, consumer insights, and business teams.
• Partner with brand partnerships to drive increased ad revenue from custom, sponsorship, and live ad packages.
• Analyze large-scale viewing behavior to inform marketing campaign strategies.
• Influence stakeholders across levels to take action based on insights and recommendations.

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and analytics (e.g., consulting, strategy & operations).
• Marketing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits in entertainment and how they intersect with content catalog and services.
• High curiosity and ability to learn new domains and track industry innovation.
• Self-starter able to work independently and drive alignment amid ambiguity.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence with concrete recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Location: Hybrid schedule; in-office Tuesday to Thursday.
• Compensation: Annual salary with option to allocate compensation between salary and stock options; no bonuses.
