Summary
Vin Sauvage, a family-owned beverage distributor in Nevada, is hiring a Brand (Beverage) Administrator to support brand management and market execution across beverage portfolios. The role coordinates administrative workflows, supplier and distributor support, and sales enablement to ensure accurate brand representation and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Support brand managers with execution of supplier programs, launches, pricing, and incentives.
- Serve as an administrative contact for assigned suppliers and internal sales managers (reporting, pricing, billing, etc.).
- Maintain brand materials including sell sheets, decks, pricing lists, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with supplier meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Track and report sales performance, KPIs, and market trends using internal sales data.
- Assist in planning tastings, events, market visits, and ride-withs.
- Support back-of-house needs for the sales team to improve sales efficiency.
- Manage item setup, pricing updates, case configurations, and product data accuracy.
- Assist with forecasts, inventory planning, and supplier reporting.
- Coordinate samples, POS materials, and marketing assets.
- Support compliance, state reporting, and distributor requirements as needed.
- Handle chain casino bids.
- Support supplier billing.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, warehouse, marketing, and finance teams.
- Help onboard new brands or SKUs into internal systems.
- Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in beverage alcohol, brand management, sales support, or distribution.
- Strong interest in fine wine, craft beer, and/or artisan spirits.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.), Google Workspace, and CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Beverage/alcohol industry experience.
- Experience with pricing, forecasting, or sales data.
- Familiarity with Nevada beverage alcohol regulations.
- Exposure to brand launches or supplier relations.
