Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Summary
Lensa is promoting a remote Customer Service Representative role for Stryker, a global medical technology company. The role supports sales and healthcare professionals by managing inquiries and order-related requests through phone, email, and a multichannel system. The purpose is to deliver high-quality, responsive customer service while ensuring accurate order processing and adherence to standardized procedures.
What you'll do
Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
Answer incoming requests via a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and return order processing.
Maintain accurate record-keeping in accordance with Stryker specifications and standardized processes to ensure order quality.
Understand, interpret, and explain detailed process and procedure information.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and support additional team/organizational projects as needed.
Demonstrate flexibility in rapidly changing situations and understand how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives.
Provide support beyond standard hours when call volume or workload requires additional time.
Requirements
At least 2 years of direct customer service or account management experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs, including overtime as required.
Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred: 3+ years of customer service and order entry and/or call center experience.
Preferred: Experience with ERP, EDI, or GHX.
Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Genesys, and/or Avaya.
Conditions
Remote role.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm Eastern Time (7:30am–4:00pm Pacific Time).
Overtime required as needed; may support beyond standard hours based on call volume/workload.
Compensation: $21.28–$34.82 per hour plus bonus eligible and benefits (pay based on skills and experience).
