Scheduler - Home Health Full Time

The Scheduler (Home Health) coordinates clinical staff schedules to meet patient needs and ensure timely initiation of care while maintaining compliance.

• Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and ordered clinical requirements
• Manage scheduling reports and communicate patient changes to appropriate Home Health staff
• Ensure timely initiation of care to maintain regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to meet patient needs effectively
• Perform duties in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations

• High school diploma or GED (advanced education desirable)
• Previous experience in Home Health or with a temporary staffing agency preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background desirable
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Preferred: experience in a healthcare scheduling role
• Preferred: familiarity with home health care processes and terminology
• Preferred: strong organizational skills and effective time management
