Remote Medical Live Scribe

MedSpecialized, Inc. (account: DrCatalyst) is hiring a Remote Medical Live Scribe to support physicians by documenting patient encounters in real time. The role focuses on accurate EHR documentation so providers can spend more time on direct patient care.

• Document patient history, physical exams, assessments, treatment plans, lab results, and follow-up instructions in the EHR.
• Enter information into the EHR in real time during patient examinations.
• Organize and maintain patient charts and medical documentation.
• Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and timely communication.
• Handle confidential patient information and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.

• Required:

  • Medical Allied Graduate.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM and strong computer literacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

• Preferred:

  • Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
  • Pre-medical or healthcare-related coursework or background.

• Full-time, remote work.
• Night shift (Philippine Time).
• Remote arrangement available for those outside Cebu province.
• Compensation: PHP 30,000 to 40,000 monthly (depending on experience), plus PHP 2,000 monthly attendance bonus and PHP 5,000 new hire bonus.
