Data Entry Clerk
Summary

The Data Entry Clerk role supports the organization by collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate data in company databases and EMR systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
What you'll do
Perform high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently into databases and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Gather, verify, and validate information from employees and customers prior to entry.
Identify, correct, and reconcile data entry errors; escalate issues when needed.
Organize and format data in accordance with system and process requirements.
Complete routine clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and maintaining data files.
Assist with training new data entry employees on systems and procedures.
Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across records.
Operate data entry devices and software for keypunching, verification, and data correction.
Collaborate with dealers and other stakeholders to ensure correct and efficient data submission and entry.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data security protocols.
Support administrative tasks including preparing reports and documentation.
Meet deadlines and quality standards for timely completion of data entry work.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior data entry or administrative support experience preferred (training provided).
Proficiency with computers and data entry devices; familiarity with data management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
