Novartis Norge is hiring a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the team. The role supports daily coordination, communication, and documentation, with flexible hours and a hybrid model combining remote work with occasional local store visits.
What you'll do
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for team members.
- Organize and coordinate virtual meetings and video calls.
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle emails, inquiries, and client communications efficiently.
- Provide customer service via email, chat, or phone.
- Liaise with vendors and external partners as needed.
- Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant data.
- Manage and update databases and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Visit Walmart or other local stores for tasks such as product checks, inventory management, or mystery shopping.
- Provide detailed reports and feedback from in-store visits.
- Support general operational and administrative functions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital communication platforms to complete tasks and stay connected.
Requirements
Location: Must be based in the United States.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and virtual assistant tools.
Organization: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Experience: Prior administrative or virtual assistant experience is a plus but not required.
Mobility: Ability to visit Walmart and other local stores as needed.
Equipment: Personal computer and stable internet connection.

Work mode: Hybrid (remote work with occasional in-person visits to local stores).
Schedule: Flexible hours; full-time, part-time, or side job options.
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually plus an annual bonus typically 10–20% of base salary.
