Summary
Netflix is seeking a Program Analyst to support Finance Procurement Operations (FPO) Strategic Operations and help scale how the organization runs source-to-pay (S2P) globally. The role partners with Program Leads and FPO leadership to improve operational programs, prioritize FinTech/system work, and drive measurable impact through project management and data-driven insights.
What you'll do
- Partner with Program Leads and FPO leadership to support programs and strategies that improve global source-to-pay operations.
- Define and track success metrics for key programs (baselines, targets, impact measurement).
- Provide project management support: manage project plans, timelines, status updates, and escalations/risks to keep stakeholders aligned and work on track.
- Drive follow-through on decisions and action items with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Use data and process insights to identify what is working, what is not, and where to focus improvement efforts.
- Translate operational needs into clear requirements for engineering and product partners (e.g., Workday Financials and other workflow/support tools).
- Support FinTech/project prioritization and impact analysis to inform engineering focus areas.
- Support UAT and rollout of new features/tools; track adoption and operational impact.
- Support change management by creating communications, training materials, FAQs, and light enablement for process or tool changes.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Operational Finance, Finance/Procurement Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Program/Project Management.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, timelines, status reporting, risk management, stakeholder alignment).
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data using Excel/Sheets and basic BI tools; ability to spot patterns and turn data into insights.
- Structured problem-solving skills; ability to bring order to ambiguity and break large problems into manageable components.
- Strong organization skills with ability to juggle multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to draft concise decks and memos for different audiences.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships in a global, cross-matrixed environment.
- Preferred: familiarity with S2P workflows (requisitions, POs, invoices, payments, vendor setup/management).
- Nice to have: experience with Workday Financials, SmartSheets, Tableau, Freshdesk, or AI solutions; ability to learn new tools quickly.
Conditions
- Location: office-based role in Los Angeles.
- Compensation: annual salary range $140,000–$220,000 with option to choose salary vs. stock options; no bonuses.
