Summary
Orchestrate Consulting Group curates and validates opportunities from verified employers in the healthcare solutions industry. The Administrative Assistant role supports the organization by providing advanced administrative coordination, handling non-routine situations, and producing professional materials such as electronic presentations.
What you'll do
Apply advanced administrative and coordination skills to complete assigned activities.
Work independently on standard procedures and manage non-routine situations.
Propose and implement solutions to administrative concerns.
Provide guidance and instruction on work procedures and policies to support personnel.
Create electronic presentations using raw material and other resources.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
At least 5 years of combined experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Executive Assistant in a relevant environment.
At least 5 years of experience with executive and client relations.
At least 5 years of experience with meeting scheduling and coordination.
Preferred: 5+ years of experience with office projects and event activities.
Preferred: Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) certification.
Preferred: Post-high-school specialized training and/or college-level coursework.
Conditions
Compensation: salary up to $89,100 annually (includes variable incentive pay if eligible).
