Business Intelligence Analyst

Saint Alphonsus Health System (Trinity Health) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to support business intelligence initiatives across its faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare ministry. The role partners with business stakeholders and leadership to develop and maintain analytics and BI solutions that support strategic objectives and decision-making.

• Establish and maintain a consultative partnership with business owners, stakeholders, and leadership.

• Develop, analyze, and evaluate information/data to create and maintain business intelligence supporting strategic objectives, mission, and BI strategy.

• Collaborate with technical teams and EDW teams to develop data infrastructure required for BI solutions.

• Support business intelligence tools and systems, including assisting end users.

• Contribute to data and analytic governance, including process/tool documentation, data and analytic asset inventories, and BI knowledge base documentation.

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, IT, or Math.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis of complex, large data sets (healthcare preferred).
