TRUEWERK

Demand Planning Coordinator

Hybrid Middle $5.8k/mo

Summary

TRUEWERK is a direct-to-consumer and multi-channel workwear brand serving customers across the U.S. and Canada through its website, Amazon, and retail/enterprise partners. The Demand Planning Coordinator supports forecasting and inventory planning across channels with an emphasis on B2B accounts, partnering cross-functionally to convert demand signals into actionable plans. The role reports to the Director of Demand Planning and helps align demand, inventory availability, and financial objectives.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and seasonal demand forecasts by SKU, channel, and account.

  • Reconcile in-season plans with customer bookings to assess sell-through and account-level performance.

  • Incorporate promotional plans, product lifecycle timing, and go-to-market strategies into forecasts; align to promotional calendar and run mid-season demand reviews.

  • Review channel allocation plans to support growth in B2B and Wholesale.

  • Analyze actuals vs. forecast; provide weekly demand outlooks and support accounts with limited weekly visibility.

  • Conduct month-end demand reviews, present assumptions/risks/opportunities, and share findings within the monthly S&OP process.

  • Partner with Supply Planning to analyze missed opportunities due to inventory constraints.

  • Monitor SKU/category trends and replenishment risks; perform colorway and size productivity reviews.

  • Track and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias, service levels, weeks of supply, inventory turns, and SKU productivity.

  • Validate and maintain master data (product naming, pricing, hierarchies) and support system integrations.

  • Develop and maintain reports, templates, and dashboards (e.g., wholesale bookings, sell-through, replenishment) for cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

  • Manage forecasting models in tools such as NetSuite, Toolio, Power BI, and Tableau; support data automation where possible.

  • Collaborate with Supply Planning, Finance, Merchandising, and Sales to align demand plans with inventory availability and financial targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or merchandising.

  • Expert Microsoft Excel proficiency (large datasets, advanced models, interactive dashboards, macros/scripts/VBA, automation).

  • Strong experience with data visualization/BI tools (Power BI and/or Tableau).

  • Preferred: experience in fast-growing consumer goods; apparel/footwear or outdoor industry.

  • Preferred: planning software experience (NetSuite, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Toolio; Toolio preferred).

  • Preferred: experience managing key accounts and planning segmented channel assortments.

  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Conditions

  • Hybrid work environment with a monthly hybrid work stipend.

  • Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based bonuses (annual performance bonus).

  • Employer-paid medical (HDHP & PPO) and dental; optional vision, pet, accident, cancer, critical illness, and hospitalization insurance.

  • 401(k) with company match.

  • Employee Assistance Program (mental health, financial, and legal counseling).

  • Professional development reimbursement; volunteer/community opportunities.

  • Unlimited PTO and paid company holidays.

  • Free workwear and discounts for friends and family.
