Summary

The role reports to the Director of Demand Planning and helps align demand, inventory availability, and financial objectives.
What you'll do
Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and seasonal demand forecasts by SKU, channel, and account.

Incorporate promotional plans, product lifecycle timing, and go-to-market strategies into forecasts; align to promotional calendar and run mid-season demand reviews.
Review channel allocation plans to support growth in B2B and Wholesale.
Analyze actuals vs. forecast; provide weekly demand outlooks and support accounts with limited weekly visibility.
Conduct month-end demand reviews, present assumptions/risks/opportunities, and share findings within the monthly S&OP process.
Partner with Supply Planning to analyze missed opportunities due to inventory constraints.
Monitor SKU/category trends and replenishment risks; perform colorway and size productivity reviews.
