Executive Assistant

Office Senior $6.1k–$9.9k/moest.

Summary

Hermeus is a high-speed aircraft manufacturer designing, building, and testing high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft in support of the national interest and the Department of Defense. The Executive Assistant will support 2–3 senior executives by owning calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and establishing scalable EA processes. The role helps senior leadership execute effectively while contributing to the mission of delivering the world’s fastest airplane.

What you'll do

  • Manage daily calendars for 2–3 senior executives.
  • Respond to internal and external meeting requests and coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related correspondence, including international travel planning and booking.
  • Serve as point of contact for external guests.
  • Plan and host external meetings.
  • Build and document processes/standards to set the foundation for future Executive Assistant hires.
  • Support handling of executives’ monthly expense reports.
  • Travel to LA, ATL, or DC as needed and work across different environments or schedules.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment (preferred as stated in minimum requirements).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; professional interface with executives, clients, employees, and business associates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask across multiple people and priorities with high-quality follow-through.
  • Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles a minimum of one day per week as needed by leadership.
  • Curiosity and desire to understand company goals; ability to handle constant change.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Proficiency scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Experience planning and booking international travel.

Preferred:

  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings requiring security clearance.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience supporting engineering/product teams.

Export control:

  • Must be a “U.S. person” (per 22 C.F.R. 120.62) or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.

Conditions

  • Onsite requirement: minimum one day per week in Los Angeles as needed by leadership.
