Summary
Warner Music Group is a global music company representing leading recording labels and a major music publishing business. The Executive Assistant role supports senior executives (including the EVP & Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer and the CFO for Recorded Music & Music Publishing) to enable smooth operations, communications, and scheduling across a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Provide direct day-to-day support to senior executives, helping them carry out their duties.
- Prepare corporate documents and presentations; review and analyze information related to business operations.
- Coordinate and manage critical projects, interviews, and business initiatives.
- Manage executive correspondence, including email management as needed.
- Own executive calendar management, including planning and coordinating internal/external meetings and conferences.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international business and personal travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Serve as a gatekeeper by screening, prioritizing, and escalating requests and inquiries.
- Interact with clients, potential clients, artists, and VIP/high-level stakeholders; establish and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Organize meetings and presentations, including document preparation and occasional coverage with minutes/notes.
- Support civic and industry commitments, including attendance at industry events when needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the CFO to manage team-wide responsibilities and global meetings as required.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience directly supporting C-suite executives, ideally in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
- Highly operational, organized, detail-oriented, and high-EQ.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of travel logistics, including international and domestic itineraries.
- Ability to operate autonomously and remain comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented approach to supporting executive teams.
- Unquestionable moral compass; extreme discretion with sensitive information and professionalism.
- Adaptability to varied situations and personalities; excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Conditions
- On-site requirement: minimum 5 days per week in the office.
- Pay range: $35.89 to $41.02 hourly (base pay dependent on experience and business needs; range subject to change).
- Flexible hours required in a dynamic environment.
- Travel may be required as needed.
