Summary
TRUEWERK is a performance workwear company serving customers across the U.S. and Canada via TRUEWERK.com, Amazon, and retail/enterprise partners. The Demand Planning Coordinator builds and maintains multi-channel demand forecasts to drive inventory planning, support financial objectives, and improve product availability, with a focus on B2B accounts.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and seasonal demand forecasts by SKU, channel, and account.
- Reconcile in-season plans with customer bookings to assess sell-through and performance at the account level.
- Integrate promotional plans, product lifecycle timing, and go-to-market strategies into demand forecasts.
- Review channel allocation plans to support growing B2B and wholesale opportunities and align forecasts with the promotional calendar.
- Analyze actual performance versus forecast; provide weekly demand outlooks and support accounts without consistent weekly visibility.
- Conduct month-end demand reviews, present assumptions/risks/opportunities, and contribute to the monthly S&OP process.
- Partner with Supply Planning to analyze missed opportunities driven by inventory constraints.
- Monitor SKU/category trends and replenishment risks; conduct colorway and size productivity reviews.
- Track and report KPIs (forecast accuracy/bias, service levels, weeks of supply, inventory turns, SKU productivity).
- Validate and maintain master data (product naming, pricing, hierarchies, system integrations).
- Develop and maintain reports, templates, and dashboards (wholesale bookings, sell-through, replenishment reporting) for cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Manage forecasting models in tools such as NetSuite, Toolio, Power BI, and Tableau; support data automation and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and Sales.

- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or merchandising.
