Summary

Orchestrate Consulting Group curates and validates opportunities from verified employers in the healthcare services industry. The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team to ensure smooth coordination of schedules, communications, and operational logistics.

What you'll do

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and handling travel and expenses.

  • Draft written communications and maintain meeting minutes.

  • Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team.

  • Greet and interact with community partners and visitors in a courteous manner.

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in documentation and follow company policies.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, or two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience in lieu of education.

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.

  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

  • Willingness to travel at least once per quarter.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Preferred: Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive in a fast-paced environment; strong customer service orientation and decision-making skills in emergency situations.

Conditions

  • Compensation: salary up to $108,337 per year plus bonus.
