Executive Assistant
Summary
Orchestrate Consulting Group curates and validates opportunities from verified employers in the healthcare services industry. The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team to ensure smooth coordination of schedules, communications, and operational logistics.
What you'll do
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and handling travel and expenses.
Draft written communications and maintain meeting minutes.
Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team.
Greet and interact with community partners and visitors in a courteous manner.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in documentation and follow company policies.
Requirements
Associate’s degree, or two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience in lieu of education.
Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Willingness to travel at least once per quarter.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred: Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive in a fast-paced environment; strong customer service orientation and decision-making skills in emergency situations.
Conditions
Compensation: salary up to $108,337 per year plus bonus.
