Novartis Norge is hiring a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the team. What you'll do
Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for team members.
Organize and coordinate virtual meetings and video calls.
Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle emails, inquiries, and client communications efficiently.
Provide customer service via email, chat, or phone.
Liaise with vendors and external partners as needed.
Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant data.
Update and manage databases or spreadsheets; maintain digital files and records.
Visit Walmart or other local stores for tasks such as product checks, inventory management, or mystery shopping.
Provide detailed reports and feedback from in-store visits.
Support general operations and administrative functions; track deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital communication platforms to complete work and stay connected.
Requirements
Must be based in the United States.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and virtual assistant tools.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to visit Walmart and other local stores as needed for in-person tasks.
Access to a personal computer and stable internet connection.
Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience is a plus but not required.

Work mode: Hybrid (remote plus occasional in-person local store visits).
Schedule: Flexible hours with full-time, part-time, or side-job options.
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually (converted to an estimated monthly base in the salary field).
Bonus: Typically 10–20% of base salary annually.
