Executive Assistant
Summary
LaunchDarkly is a rapidly growing software company providing feature management and experimentation tools to help organizations ship software with confidence. The Executive Assistant will support the CFO and other G&A leaders, optimizing executive workflows and enabling effective cross-department communication in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
Strategically manage calendars for the CFO, CPO, CLO, and several VPs, including scheduling and maintaining documentation in Confluence.
Prioritize and communicate key agendas and updates across teams to ensure alignment.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership meetings, off-sites, board meetings, All Hands, and other company events.
Design and prepare presentation decks and slides for meetings and initiatives.
Manage travel arrangements (accommodations, transportation) and contingency planning for changes.
Organize and process expense reports and support ad hoc special projects.
Collaborate with the CEO’s Chief of Staff and other executive business partners on strategic initiatives.
Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions and leadership engagements.
Requirements
4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (e.g., CEO, VP, or other senior leaders), preferably in a high-growth technology company or similar environment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Drive), Confluence, Zoom, and Slack.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional project management abilities and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Resourceful, dependable, process-driven, and highly professional with integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-department relationships and manage upwards.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and appropriately handle confidential information.
Preferred: event management experience.
Preferred: advanced Excel skills.
Preferred: basic audio-visual troubleshooting.
Preferred: experience designing presentations and managing complex meeting/off-site logistics.
