Analyst, Corporate Accounts
Summary
Grubhub (part of Wonder) is an online food ordering and delivery leader connecting diners with local restaurants nationwide. The Analyst, Corporate Accounts role sits on the Corporate Rev Ops & Analytics team to generate insights that improve corporate customer value, optimize marketing efforts, and drive retention and growth.
What you'll do
- Leverage large and potentially messy datasets to derive insights and guide stakeholders toward key opportunities.
- Identify trends and shifts in corporate customer behavior related to new programs and products; recommend actions to improve retention and drive growth.
- Analyze lifecycle marketing campaign performance (acquisition, product marketing, CRM) to inform investment decisions and optimizations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that enable better decision-making across the team.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional partners (Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Care).
- Proactively surface new data-driven insights (“data nuggets”) that increase growth and profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field.
2–4 years of experience in an analytical role; start-up, e-commerce, or technology experience preferred.
Strong analytical ability to dive deep, summarize findings, and communicate insights clearly.
Ability to solve ambiguous problems and understand complex, interconnected systems.
Technical skills: SQL, Excel, Tableau.
Proven track record of driving results on cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.

Conditions
Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the office (option to be in-office up to 5 days per week).
