Summary
Helic & Co. is hiring a remote Supply Chain Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize supply chain operations for efficiency and cost savings. The role uses data-driven insights to support inventory, logistics, and procurement decisions across the organization.
What you'll do
- Collect and analyze supply chain data from procurement, inventory, production, and delivery processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies including inventory planning, demand forecasting, and route scheduling.
- Monitor KPIs, track supplier performance, and generate reports on costs, delivery times, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Maintain inventory systems, oversee procedures, and support ERP tools to ensure accurate data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as APICS CSCP.
- Knowledge of advanced tools (e.g., Python for analysis).
- Familiarity with sustainable supply chain practices and global logistics.
