The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership to ensure efficient communication, scheduling, and smooth operation of the executive office.
What you'll do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership and act as a trusted partner.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for internal and external events.
Identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters to ensure executives are prepared and informed for meetings and appointments.
Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by screening, directing inquiries, and responding professionally.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to company standards.
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to facilitate communication and project coordination.
Proactively identify process improvements to streamline administrative tasks and increase efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Experience supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple tasks.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with productivity tools, including Google Suite/Google Workspace.
Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proactive, independent, problem-solving mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.

Salary range listed for Colorado: $105,000 - $132,000 annually (final compensation varies by factors such as skills and experience).
