Executive Assistant
Summary
Gensyn is building an open, permissionless protocol to coordinate compute resources for machine intelligence. The Executive Assistant will provide high-trust administrative and operational support to the CEO and CTO, helping bring structure, clarity, and momentum to executive priorities in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Co-founders (CEO and CTO) and assist the broader team as needed.
Structure and manage complex daily and weekly calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and resolve conflicts as priorities shift.
Manage inbox organization and correspondence support, including triaging messages, flagging priorities, and drafting responses.
Prepare executives for meetings by compiling, organizing, and summarizing materials, presentations, and key information.
Act as a strategic gatekeeper by anticipating pressure points, surfacing tradeoffs, and protecting executive time and focus.
Coordinate end-to-end executive travel (domestic and international) with the events team, including flights, lodging, ground transport, and logistics.
Support occasional team travel coordination in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Assist with team scheduling and coordination for group meetings, offsites, and planning sessions.
Support special projects such as event planning and logistics.
Help with general operational needs such as office coordination and supplies (as applicable).
Requirements
3+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership (CEO/CTO level preferred) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong calendar management experience with complex schedules and shifting priorities.
Inbox management experience, including triage, organization, and drafting communications.
Domestic and international travel coordination experience.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and strong judgment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and strong follow-through; “no task too big or too small” mindset.
Polished communication skills, professionalism, and proven discretion with confidential/sensitive information.
Proficiency with modern tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
Flexibility in working hours to support a global team across US and EU time zones.
Preferred: experience in a tech startup environment; experience with fully remote/distributed teams.
Nice to have: recruiting coordination experience; familiarity with AI and/or crypto startup environments.
