Summary
Netflix is building advertising systems and integrations to deliver ads thoughtfully while driving strong outcomes for advertisers. The Product Manager, Sales Products (Ads) will develop data and go-to-market products that power intelligence, automation, and growth for Netflix Ads sales. The role focuses on unifying sales channels and advertiser ecosystems to improve go-to-market productivity across sales and marketing.
What you'll do
Shape the data strategy for how Netflix understands advertisers, demand, and sales, enabling trusted foundations for sales teams and agents.
Champion data quality and governance across capabilities such as account verification, hierarchies, benchmarks, attribution, and enrichment.
Evolve the go-to-market architecture to create a continuous demand loop connecting sales workflows, marketing activation, and business management.
Elevate sales productivity by embedding agentic workflows and autonomous agents into day-to-day work.
Partner with sales, engineering, design, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal to deliver measurable advertiser and business outcomes.
Requirements
7+ years of Product Management experience launching and scaling products supporting diverse sales segments, verticals, and channels.
Proven track record building or integrating solutions leveraging data, AI, and automation for sales insights, recommendations, and workflow efficiency.
Exceptional data literacy and a data-driven mindset for shaping strategy and measuring outcomes.
Strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and governance as foundations for future-proof AI systems.
Visionary workflow design approach, exploring AI and agentic experiences to reduce complexity and improve sales operations.
Strategic judgment and strong communication skills with a bias for clarity, impact, and simplicity.
Ads expertise is a plus but not required.
Conditions
Compensation range: $310,000 to $545,000 annually; employees choose how much compensation is salary versus stock options; no bonuses.
