Client Success Associate (Entry level, Remote)

INFUSE is seeking an entry-level Client Success Associate (Client Success Specialist) to support and grow long-lasting client relationships in a remote environment. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery of solutions, clear stakeholder communication, and proactive support that drives client satisfaction and business growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned to client needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and grow opportunities within an assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to meet growth targets.
• Assist with challenging client requests and support issue escalations as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.

• Proven track record managing client relationships (preferred backgrounds include hospitality, client success, or sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and strong understanding of client needs with the ability to address them effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively offer solutions.
