The Administrative Assistant role supports the leadership team by handling day-to-day administrative coordination to keep operations running smoothly in a remote work-from-home environment.
What you'll do
Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and daily operations.
Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls.
Manage calendars by booking appointments, coordinating schedules, and preventing conflicts.
Prepare presentations and reports based on provided instructions.
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and dining reservations.
Create and curate content for company social media channels.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Anticipate team and leadership needs to support smooth workflow and productivity.
Assist with organizing meetings, events, and company initiatives.
Complete other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of administrative experience preferred (training provided).
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Typing speed of 20+ words per minute with high accuracy.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (20 Mbps download or higher).
Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
Willingness to undergo background, security, and drug screening as required.
