Executive Assistant
Summary
Stitch Fix is an online personal styling service that blends expert stylists with AI to help clients find great-fitting styles. The Executive Assistant will support CxO-level leaders by providing high-impact administrative partnership and helping enable an excellent employee experience across the organization.
What you'll do
- Manage and organize a CxO’s highly complex calendar and serve as a gatekeeper for scheduling requests.
- Coordinate with executive support partners and senior leadership on meetings, agendas, logistics, and rapidly changing plans.
- Act as a sounding board/confidant to keep the executive informed and support decision-making.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact.
- Build proactive relationships with key internal partners.
- Support all-hands meetings, internal events, and offsites, including logistics and budget needs.
- Compile receipts and submit timely, accurate expense reports.
- Support board meetings by preparing agendas and collating/distributing materials.
- Plan and coordinate travel (air/ground transportation, hotels, itineraries).
- Partner with an in-office team as needed (e.g., catering coordination and AV support).
Requirements
3+ years of executive administration experience supporting CxO level at a publicly traded company.
Strong service mindset and passion for providing outstanding support and experiences.
High emotional intelligence and ability to tailor support to executive needs.
Comfortable and professional working with senior leaders internally and externally.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills; able to create clarity and align stakeholders.
Strategic, proactive, and logistics-minded; able to anticipate impacts and create efficiencies.
Ability to work agilely in ambiguity with excellent judgment and discretion.
Excellent prioritization, multitasking, attention to detail, and execution quality across multiple deadlines.
Fluency with Google Workspace tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
Conditions
Location: Remote (USA).
Compensation: competitive salary range of $81,000–$120,000 USD annually (varies by geography and factors such as experience and location).
