Steve Madden is offering a 10-week paid Summer Internship focused on Analytics in Long Island City. The intern will support AI- and BI-related initiatives around M3/ERP code, helping improve workflows and accelerate development through prototyping and insights.

• Prepare and structure M3 source code for AI training.
• Help design and validate AI-assisted QA workflows.
• Identify enhancement opportunities within M3.
• Prototype AI-driven development accelerators.
• Support BI insights related to ERP code and performance.

• Student or recent graduate with strong interest in learning and contributing.
• Team player with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Duration: 10 weeks (June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026); full attendance required.

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour (paid internship).
