Coordinator, Client Servicing

Summary

Paramount’s Global Content Distribution group delivers series and feature content to licensing and transactional clients worldwide. The Coordinator, Client Servicing role supports accurate and timely delivery of content and related services, serving as the operational interface with clients to execute contractual delivery commitments. This position focuses on tracking delivery status, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring clear communication that supports the revenue recognition cycle.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with licensees to understand technical requirements and maintain accurate tracking of delivery status and confirmations.
  • Execute the end-to-end servicing process, including researching content availability, issuing purchase orders, preparing material orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure on-time, accurate asset delivery.
  • Cure delivery rejections and resolve issues by proactively identifying risks and coordinating fixes across teams.
  • Coordinate actively with clients on delivery logistics, including last-minute delivery changes and communication of timing sheets.
  • Manage scenarios where clients must exercise options to take live feeds when file delivery is not available within required windows.
  • Provide immediate responses to client inquiries to ensure continuity of service during weekend coverage (Friday–Tuesday schedule).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

  • Experience: 1–2+ years of relevant professional or internship experience preferred but not required; media (television/film) experience is a plus.

  • Tools: Strong Microsoft Office and software application skills; experience with order management or similar supply chain systems; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong time management, planning, and organization; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with urgency; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and efficiently; extremely detail-oriented.

Conditions

  • Work model: On-site, 5 days per week, based at the Paramount Pictures Studio Lot.

  • Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PST (includes weekend coverage as part of the regular work week).

  • Compensation range: Hiring salary range listed as $50,000–$55,000 annually.
