Summary
Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) is a federal contractor and holding company supporting government and commercial clients while investing in Chickasaw Nation community initiatives. The Executive Assistant supports FAA executives by managing schedules, travel, meetings, and executive communications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role is currently remote with potential onsite reporting based on client needs.
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate FAA executive calendars and schedules to optimize time management.
- Plan and support meeting logistics, including minute-taking and follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison with internal staff and external stakeholders, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
- Review and coordinate interoffice correspondence to ensure accuracy and timely routing.
- Keep leadership informed of upcoming commitments through proactive reminders and follow-up.
- Analyze data sources to identify issues, propose solutions, and communicate findings.
- Support time recording reviews using government systems (e.g., CASTLE) and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and program-related documents for executives.
- Review FAA orders and notices to support compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide logistical support for onsite/offsite meetings and events, including planning and coordination.
- Arrange and coordinate executive travel using government travel software (E2).
- Assist with organizing and executing small events and meetings as required.
Requirements
Education/Experience (one of the following):
- High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, OneNote, and Teams.
- Experience with government travel systems (E2) and timekeeping systems (CASTLE).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a customer Public Trust clearance.
- Previous FAA experience preferred.
