Jimmy Choo is seeking a Junior Wholesale Planner to support wholesale planning activities across accounts and locations. The role focuses on analyzing customer sales data, forecasting inventory and replenishment needs, and tracking performance to inform sales strategy and budget outcomes.
What you'll do
Assist the Director of Wholesale Planning in developing seasonal door plans by account/location aligned with category strategies and company goals.
Collect, manage, and analyze customer sales data (sell-in and sell-out) and provide insights to the wholesale sales team.
Control and manage the replenishment program by forecasting and planning inventory levels.
Manage and forecast monthly open-to-buy to identify risks and opportunities.
Update end-of-month sales and stock by door and provide analysis (e.g., market share).
Track weekly top gains and losses by door and provide calls to action.
Support preparation for presentations and budget meetings.
Run and track shipping weekly to anticipate risks or opportunities against monthly budgets.
Assist with general sales campaign preparation as needed.
Produce ad-hoc reporting as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of planning experience.
Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; able to work to tight deadlines.
Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confidence with retail math, financial measurements, and budgeting concepts.
Self-starter and strategic thinker.
