Summary
Prada Group is a global luxury leader operating multiple brands across more than 45 countries. The Retail Analyst & Client Insights role turns business and customer data into actionable insights to drive commercial performance, client engagement, and strategic decision-making.
The position partners with Retail, Marketing, Clienteling, and Leadership through reporting, recommendations, and executive-ready storytelling.
What you'll do
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and productivity metrics across channels and regions.
- Monitor KPIs and performance trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance versus targets.
- Analyze customer data across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Evaluate CRM campaign performance, client segmentation, and engagement metrics to support CRM strategy.
- Partner with CRM and Marketing to assess impact of clienteling initiatives and campaigns.
- Translate customer behavior into actionable insights for commercial and retail teams.
- Create clear narratives, presentations, and executive-ready summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and tools.
- Collaborate with IT, Data, and external partners on CRM tools, dashboards, and data enhancements.
- Continuously improve analytics frameworks and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, CRM analytics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Adobe, or similar).
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights clearly.
- Preferred: experience in retail, luxury, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments.
- Preferred: knowledge of customer lifecycle metrics and CRM KPIs.
- Preferred: coding skills such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Conditions
- Compensation: annual salary range $80,000–$85,000 (eligible for bonuses and other incentives); pay may vary based on skills and experience.
