Data Entry Typist

Wiraa is a health and wellness organization operating a network of medical clinics focused on medical marijuana and holistic health services. The Home Based Data Entry Typist role supports accurate management of patient and clinic records to help maintain efficient operations and quality care. The position is remote and emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and reliable administrative support.

• Enter and update patient and clinic information in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related databases.
• Verify, cross-check, and validate data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive medical and personal information.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely processing of records.
• Identify, document, and report data discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Manage daily data entry workload while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with generating reports and preparing supporting documentation as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional administration or healthcare certifications are advantageous).
• Experience in data entry, typing, or administrative work (healthcare/wellness experience preferred).
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems or similar databases (plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
