Creative Assistant, Amazon MGM Studios Genre Series

Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Creative Assistant to support three Senior Creative Executives on the Genre Series Team. The role focuses on high-volume administrative support and coordination to keep creative development operations running smoothly while providing exposure to studio TV development and series production.

• Provide heavy scheduling and executive-level calendar management for three senior creative executives
• Handle high call volume and rolling calls
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics and itineraries
• Prepare and process expenses
• Maintain databases and manage submission logs
• Support departmental functions across the team
• Assist with select creative evaluation and stay informed on the Prime Video slate and TV landscape
• Prioritize competing deadlines, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively with executives

• 2+ years of professional or military experience
• Experience with executive-level calendar management
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience assessing industry talent and trends
• Experience as an assistant in a scripted department at an agency, studio, or scripted production company

• Preferred:

  • 2+ years as an agency, studio, or production company assistant, or 1+ year as an assistant to a creative executive

• Location: Culver City, California (Los Angeles County)
• Compensation: $23.00–$34.00 USD hourly (base range); total package may include sign-on payments and RSUs
