Data Analyst, Jr.

The Junior Data Analyst will support data collection, cleaning, basic analysis, and reporting to help senior analysts deliver actionable insights and dashboards. • Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining datasets from multiple sources
• Perform routine data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns
• Support senior analysts by preparing reports and visualizations that inform business decisions
• Create simple dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests from various departments
• Contribute to documentation of data processes and methodologies
• Participate in virtual training sessions to improve technical skills and data storytelling
• Collaborate with team members via virtual communication tools to meet project goals
• Assist with basic predictive modeling tasks using Python libraries such as Pandas as skills develop

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Introductory knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent self-motivation and time management skills
