Customer Success Manager - Learning Solutions

Summary

LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, is hiring a Customer Success Manager for Learning Solutions. This role partners with sales and customer stakeholders to drive adoption, prove ROI, and support retention and expansion of LinkedIn’s learning products.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a customer champion and advocate to help customers realize value from their LinkedIn investment.
  • Partner with assigned sales counterparts to drive customer adoption, customer success outcomes, and reduce churn risk.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to end users and management to ensure solutions support agreed operational priorities and deliver full business value.
  • Use client usage data and industry metrics to generate insights that increase engagement and adoption.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and leverage the Learning Center to deliver new and ongoing product education.
  • Track and record customer activity promptly in systems of record (e.g., Dynamics).
  • Identify low utilization and churn risk and provide solutions to improve engagement and success.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and guide customers on best practices.
  • Bring customer insights to LinkedIn Product teams as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements.
  • Expedite technical and purchase-related escalations.
  • Advance personal journey with Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging in alignment with company and customer priorities.
  • Support partnership success through high-quality executive engagements, validated ROI delivery, and identification of growth opportunities (without owning renewal/growth quota).
  • Travel may be required on a limited basis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Customer Success, Account Management/Sales, Consulting, Public Accounting, Product Training and Enablement, Project Management, or Change Management.
  • Preferred: experience in recruiting or talent-related areas, learning/e-Learning, Organizational L&D, sales/account management, product enablement, and/or sales effectiveness.
  • Ability to build authentic business relationships and manage relational challenges.
  • Organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify product or growth opportunities that increase customer value.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to small and large audiences.
  • Fundamental understanding of Sales concepts and Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Conditions

  • Location: San Francisco (hybrid; work from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days based on business needs).
  • Compensation range provided: $74,000–$119,000 annually; total compensation may include annual bonus, stock, and benefits.
  • Minimum travel may be required.
