What you'll do
- Provide general administrative support to a Theater agent across professional and client-related matters.
- Manage a dynamic calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a polished, professional manner.
- Send submissions and support client-facing business processes.
- Review and analyze scripts, theatrical content, and related materials.
- Maintain organization and accuracy while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of work or internship experience in entertainment, theater, live performance, or a related environment.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow complex instructions with discretion and follow-through.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills; solutions-oriented and proactive.
- Professional, friendly demeanor and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative and diligent with interest in live theater and performing arts.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with standard business applications and communication platforms.
Conditions
- Compensation: $21.00/hour (minimum and maximum listed are the same).
