Perspire Sauna Studio is expanding and hiring a Studio Assistant for its new location in West Delray. This role blends customer service, sales, and studio operations to deliver an exceptional member experience and represent the brand as the first point of contact.
What you'll do
- Greet guests, provide a warm welcome, and create an amazing member experience
- Administer studio tours for new guests and answer questions about services (e.g., infrared sauna and red light therapy)
- Support sales and membership-related conversations as part of daily front-of-house duties
- Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
- Turn over sauna rooms promptly between guests
- Maintain towel supply and organize back-of-house areas
Requirements
- Genuine passion for health and wellness
- Consistently positive, team-player attitude
- Customer service experience
- Excellent attendance/reliability track record
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
