Summary
Hera is building a new healthcare profession: the “Hero,” a dedicated senior care expert who educates, coordinates, and advocates for families in the last mile of healthcare, covered by insurance. The Founding BizOps (Apollo Unit) role is a high-autonomy generalist position focused on solving ambiguous, high-impact problems to help scale supply, uphold quality, and build Hera’s growth engine.
What you'll do
Go where the company needs the most impact, including ambiguous and new problem areas, and own outcomes end-to-end.
Build and iterate the Hero growth engine to increase supply and scale service delivery.
Launch new markets and drive operational execution for expansion initiatives.
Design and implement systems and processes to uphold service quality across customer touchpoints.
Work side-by-side with Heroes in the field to learn constraints, uncover truths, and translate insights into operational improvements.
Build technology and operational workflows that preserve a human experience as technology replaces manual work.
Requirements
Ambitious, relentless generalist problem-solver with strong ownership and ability to execute in uncertain environments.
Ability to seek truth in the field by working closely with frontline operators and translating learnings into systems.
High autonomy: proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation without micromanagement.
