Summary
Wally is a fast-growing dental care startup building technology-driven memberships with unlimited cleanings/whitening and a hospitality-led experience. The Growth Operations Associate will own scheduling infrastructure and help scale operations as Wally expands from 8 to 50+ locations. The role focuses on maximizing studio bookings while ensuring members can schedule needed visits.
What you'll do
- Run schedule utilization to keep studios fully booked and ensure members can access appointments when needed.
- Develop new processes, flows, and products to improve booking experiences while maximizing utilization of studio availability.
- Co-create native AI and tech tools with engineering to scale operations as locations expand.
- Interact directly with customers to fill last-minute appointments and handle scheduling requests.
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex member issues and convert difficult situations into positive outcomes.
- Analyze supply/demand data and member feedback to identify friction points in the member journey.
- Collaborate with on-site studio operations and clinical teams to translate location updates into scheduling implications.
- Provide feedback to marketing and clinical operations on member issues, concerns, and opportunities to improve acquisition and retention.
Requirements
