Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs and is headquartered in San Francisco. The role is a Contract AI Data Annotator & Reviewer focused on improving frontier AI models by annotating, reviewing, and auditing training data.

• Annotate and review training data to enhance AI model performance.
• Audit work produced by other annotators to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with data conversion workflows to improve model capabilities.
• Follow precise instructions and adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
• Help shape the capabilities of frontier AI models.

• Strong ability to learn and apply new instructions quickly.
• High attention to detail and consistency in reviewing data.
• Comfort working with structured data formats and conversion tasks.
• Motivation to contribute to cutting-edge AI development.

• Type: Contract.
