Senior Legal Counsel

Àlber Blanc CAPITAL is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal advisory and contract management services. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while advising business teams on legal risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and operational contracts.
• Advise business teams on legal risks and provide practical solutions.
• Manage corporate legal documents and compliance records.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis.
• Identify and calculate potential business risks.
• Oversee external counsel relationships.
• Collaborate with HR on employment contracts and related matters.

• Fluent/native English (C1 or C2) - must have.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and employment law.
• Knowledge of current legislation and regulatory expectations.

• Experience advising business units and senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
