Summary
Orobet is seeking a Pre-VIP Manager who is a Spanish native speaker to manage potential VIP clients, build long-term relationships, and facilitate their transition into the VIP segment through multi-channel communication.
What you'll do
- Communicate with clients via chat, email, phone, WhatsApp, and other messengers
- Handle incoming requests and conduct proactive outreach
- Manage daily interactions with 100+ clients
- Transition Pre-VIP clients into VIP segment
- Increase client loyalty and retention
- Process requests related to bonuses and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience
Requirements
- Spanish native level language proficiency
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume support environment
- Strong stress resistance and emotional stability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Own equipment: laptop or PC, stable internet connection, headphones with microphone
- Willingness to receive payments via crypto wallet
- Experience in high-load chat support or similar roles (preferred)
