Blush is a fast-growing, high-end matchmaking company seeking a Membership Experience Specialist to support a boutique, luxury matchmaking service.
The role focuses on one-on-one onboarding and fit-assessment conversations, guiding prospects through the process while maintaining a white-glove client experience.
What you'll do
- Conduct onboarding conversations with prospects to introduce the Blush matchmaking process and set clear expectations.
- Assess prospect fit for high-end clients by discussing preferences, values, and overall alignment.
- Discuss potential date opportunities with prospects and gauge interest in moving forward.
- Answer questions about the matchmaking process, privacy, safety, and next steps.
- Ensure prospects feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the experience.
- Communicate professionally across phone, video, and text-based channels.
- Document conversations, outcomes, and key details accurately in internal systems to support matchmakers and operations.
- Maintain discretion, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a self-starter mindset.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt tone and approach to different personalities.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal insight.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills; ability to stay grounded and diplomatic in challenging situations.
- Comfort giving and receiving feedback; ability to deliver constructive insights with warmth and clarity.

- No prior matchmaking experience required; experience in high-touch client services, recruiting, luxury hospitality, counseling, or related fields is valued.
Conditions
