Customer Success Manager

Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of a partner company seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United States. The role manages a portfolio of clients to ensure successful outcomes, drive adoption, and maximize value while strengthening long-term relationships.

• Develop and execute tailored customer success plans to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted-advisor relationships with clients.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Collaborate with product and internal teams to share customer feedback, feature requests, and process improvements.
• Support renewals, including contract negotiations and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Lead product adoption initiatives to help customers meet goals and maximize solution value.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to support growth, retention, and revenue objectives.

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management, or 5+ years in education with classroom experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to manage and resolve complex client situations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver proactive, value-adding solutions.
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving processes.
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify unique solutions and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
