Customer Experience Associate

Summary

Ollie is a pet food company delivering human-grade, customized dog food and health services directly to customers. The Customer Experience Associate will join the Canine Care team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels while representing the Ollie brand to pet parents and their dogs.

What you'll do

Represent Ollie brand voice to customers; deliver memorable customer experiences across email, phone, and order management systems; accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions; help drive customer experience initiatives; develop and lead projects to improve the Ollie experience; attend in-person events and trainings at least quarterly

Requirements

Love for dogs and empathy; patience and strong written and oral communication skills; problem-solving ability; adaptability and willingness to find creative solutions; bachelor's degree from accredited four-year institution preferred; experience in customer-centric roles (retail, food service) preferred; experience with pets or health foods preferred; experience with Gladly or similar platforms a plus
